Privacy Policy
I collect the minimum, I sell nothing, and you stay in control of your personal information.

What I collect
- Contact form — your name, email and message, provided voluntarily so I can get back to you.
- Technical logs — IP address, date, time and requested page, kept by the server for security and troubleshooting.
- Analytics cookies — only if you accept them through the consent banner. No analytics cookie is set before you choose.
No online payments, no user accounts, no hidden collection.
Why I use it
- To answer your request — within 48 hours.
- To deliver and document the services you hire me for.
- To measure site audience (with your consent) and improve its content.
I never sell or rent your personal information. No automated decisions are made about you.
Who has access
Only technical providers process your information, strictly to deliver the service:
- Hosting — Hostinger (virtual private server). Servers may be located outside Quebec, so information may be processed outside the province under the provider's contractual safeguards.
- Email delivery — Resend, to route your form message to my inbox.
- Analytics — Google (Tag Manager / Analytics), only after your consent.
Retention and security
- Your messages are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and any business relationship that follows, then securely deleted.
- The site is served over HTTPS (TLS encryption) and collection is kept to the strict minimum.
- If a confidentiality incident presents a risk of serious injury, I will notify you and the Commission d'accès à l'information, as Law 25 requires.
Cookies
The site uses two categories of cookies: essential cookies needed for the site to work (no consent required) and analytics cookies, set only if you accept them. You can withdraw your consent at any time through the banner or your browser settings.
Google Ads reporting tool
Sogalpes operates an internal tool, registered with Google as “Sogalpes Analytics”, that connects to the Google Ads API. Its only users are Sogalpes staff.
- What it accesses — campaign, keyword, search-term, budget and conversion reports of the Google Ads accounts that clients have placed under Sogalpes management.
- Why — to produce reports and manage those accounts on the client’s behalf, as part of the services the client hired Sogalpes for.
- Who sees the data — only Sogalpes. It is never sold, rented, shared with third parties, used for advertising to anyone, or used to train artificial-intelligence models.
- Where it is kept — on Sogalpes’ own equipment, for the duration of the client relationship, then deleted.
- Your control — a client can revoke the tool’s access at any time from the Google Ads account (Admin › Access and security) or from myaccount.google.com/permissions, or by writing to info@sogalpes.com.
Sogalpes’ use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Your rights
You can at any time request access to your information, its correction or deletion, or withdraw your consent. Write to the privacy officer: info@sogalpes.com. I answer within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with the response, you may file a complaint with the Commission d'accès à l'information du Québec.
